Supervisors

Our supervisors typically possess a master’s degree in a relevant field as well as experience as senior therapists.

Principals

Ira Heilveil, Ph.D., BCBA (Founder, Chairman Emeritus and Director of Research) found and led the Company for 23 years into a preeminent company in the autism field. He has worked with children with autism and related disorders for more than 20 years. Dr. Heilveil received his master's degree in psychology from Murray State University in Kentucky in 1977 and his doctorate in psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1980.

Mark Dorenfeld  (Chief Executive Officer) brings 14 years of behavioral healthcare experience in various roles with the Aspen Education Group out of Cerritos, California. Most recently, Mark oversaw the 14-site Western Region and provided leadership to a diverse set of high quality programs that included Residential Treatment Centers, Therapeutic Boarding Schools, and Outdoor therapeutic programs.

Michael J. Cameron, Ph.D. (Agency Director) is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 30 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of family members with autism spectrum disorder.
